Class :: cPanel Subdomain V2

This is the 2nd edition of my previous Class cPanel Subdomains Creator. Using this script you can create cPanel subdomain & FTP account for this subdomain without logging into cPanel. Let your user create their own subdomains and FTP accounts for that subdomain. Users will get access only to newly created subdomain not to the root directory. So your contents will be secure.

To use this script you must have access to cPanel.

Open exaple.php file and change the red marked values as your environment.


$cpanel=new cpsubdomain("cPanel User","cPanel Pass","Domain","cPanel Theme");


For example:

$cpanel=new cpsubdomain("mysite","12345","mysite.com","x");

Now change the Quota for each FTP account. To do this simply change the red marked value.

echo $cpanel->createFTP($_POST['subdomain'],$_POST['ftppass'],"20");

Today I got appointment letter from the forthcoming Weekly Magazine “Utsyabhumi” (???????) which is going to start publication from 16th December, 2006. I am appointed as IT Editor (Part-time). So my workload increased once more. I will do this job only for improving my writing skill not for salary.

Today, I have created another class for creating subdomains in cPanel account. This class will be very helpful who wants to provide auto subdomain creations for their users. User will ask to enter desired subdomain. The script will either create it or will inform that it is already exists.

To use this class, open example.php in the attachment and change this line to suite your environmnet

Upload the script to your website and run example.php. Hope it should work fine.

গত দুইদিন থেকে আমার মনটা খুব খারাপ। rubd.net এর প্রচারণা কাজের স্লথগতিই সম্ভবত এর প্রধান কারণ। আমি আমার গ্রুপের সদস্যদের আন্তরিকতা দেখে অত্যন্ত আশাহত। প্রত্যেককেই বলে বলে কাজ করাতে হয়। নিজ উদ্যোগে কাউকে আমি কোন কাজ করতে দেখি না।

এই যেমন rubd.net এর জন্য ব্যানার করতে হবে অথচ সদস্যদের আন্তরিকতা প্রশ্নবোধক!!!! যাহোক আমি অনেক কষ্টে আজকে টাকা ম্যানেজ করেছি। ফয়সালকে দায়িত্ব দিয়েছি ব্যানার করার। হয়তো হবে। তবুও সন্দেহমুক্ত নয়।

আমি জানি না সমস্যাটা কোথায়। আমরা কাউকে পারিশ্রমিক দিতে পারিনা এটাই কি সমস্যা?? হয়তো। পারিশ্রমিক দিলে হয়তো সবাই কাজ করে আনন্দ পেত এবং দায়িত্ববোধও তৈরি হত…………..

Just now, I finished today’s work of Utsyabhumi’s project. Good progress today. My productivity was satisfactory. Did not face any significant error. I could do what I wanted. Problem is that, as I am not a good designer, I am not satisfied whatever I design. Hence, a pretty simple design is ok for time being. Will change later if needed.

Work will be resumed from next morning. I have to go very very fast as I lost some idle time at the beginning of the project. Hope I will be able to complete in time.

Feeling zzz……so going to sleep

I received two books from Wiley for reviewing. They are titled “Professional Ajax” and “Professional PHP5″. The pages are excellent and the books’ binding are comfortable for reading. I already started reading the first book.

So, I am in little bit pressure of doing routine works and reviewing those books. Moreover, more books are coming from Packt Publishing very soon. So, I must complete these books before new books arrive.

In spite of pressure, I am enjoying while reading the books.

Just fifteen minutes ago, EDGE service in my mobile is activated. Instantly I connected the mobile in my pc and logged in to internet. WOW:D. Now my PC is connected to Internet. This is my first post in my blog.

So, no tension of moving here and there. I can work consistently in my room.

Yesterday, I was coming to Rajshahi. While we are coming just before Natore, we saved from a great accident. Thanks Allah

Our bus just queued for riding in a small and narrow bridge. One truck was crossing our bus slowly. While its crossing, all of a sudden breaking the rear part of the truck, it fall on our bus. The truck was fully loaded (better say over loaded) with heavy heavy trees. Our bus shakened greatly. We were frightened and specially I was very very nervous as I observed each moment. The truck was medium in size which saved us. If it would be a big truck we must have fall under about 30 feet below.

Each and every moment, I see it live. Still I think, how near the death is. Thanks to Almighty Allah for extending my life.

This book, AJAX and PHP::Building Responsive Web Application, is one of the best book I have as it discussed the technology not only in theoretically but also with all real life example. The real life examples of this book were very attractive as the authors have shown how to make Chat Client, Google like Suggest & Autocomplete, Form Validation, Drag & Drop, RSS Feeder, Grid, Ajax based Charting etc. The book did not always treat readers as experts. So discussed many elementary things of technologies (like Javascript, XML, DOM) involved in AJAX. Another great thing, some examples’ work flow are shown in Flowchart which will enhance readers’ experience. The most helpful thing is that all codes are very very well commented. For the second time, my article published in Computer Jagat. Computer Jagat is the oldest monthly ICT magazine of Bangladesh.

My this writing was on forthcoming Microsoft Expression suit.

The authority shorten the article and dropped somethings. But some of them were important.

I tasted this experience for first time during January of this year. In January issue of computer jagat for the first time my two writings published in the same issue. One was PHP Tutorial another was Software tips of Microsoft Word.

Using this script anyone can easily get form result to his/her mailbox. You can use this script for any form 2 mail purpose.
You can define mandatory fields without a single line of code. Just put __ (double underscore) before field name
You can show custom messages on success or failure of submission and also redirect user to a custom url after successful submission.

Create e-mail addresses for cPanel accounts

This is a simple class that can be used create e-mail addresses for domains hosted using a cPanel account.

It extends a script originally made available in the zubrag.com Web site.

The class accesses a cPanel Web server and sends a command to create an e-mail account with a given address, password and quota.

The class retrieves and process the cPanel server response to determine whether the account creation was successful or it could not be created when the account already exists.

আজকের দিনটি আমার জীবনের সবচাইতে দু:খের মধ্যে একটি। স্বপন ভাই, যাকে আমি নিজের ভাইয়ের চেয়েও বেশি শ্রদ্ধা করি তিনি আমাকে ভুল বুঝেছেন। অবশ্য দোষটা আমারই। আমিই উনাকে এমন একটি পদ্ধতিতে খুশি করতে চেয়েছিলাম যা এখন মনে হচ্ছে একটি চরম ভুল রাস্তা ছিল।

আমি একটি মাল্টিমিডিয়া ওয়েবসাইট করেছিলাম। উনি অভিযোগ করেছেন আমি সেগুলো উনার সার্ভার থেকে চুরি করেছি। বিষয়টি আমাকে চুড়ান্ত অপমানের জন্য যথেষ্ট।

 

আমি এরকম একটি মারাত্মক ভুল করেছিলাম এস এস সি পরীক্ষার সময়। একজনকে পরীক্ষা করতে চেয়েছিলাম তখন। কিন্তু রাস্তাটি ছিল এতটাই বাজে যে এখন তা ভাবলেও আমার খারাপ লাগে।

সম্পর্কে ভুল বোঝাবুঝি হতে পারে এটি আমি মানলেও আপনার বিষয়টি আমার বিশ্বাস করতে কষ্ট হয়। তবুও এতদিন আমার হৃদয়ে যেভাবে যায়গা করে ছিলেন এখনও থাকবেন……থাকবেন অনন্তকাল।
